Philadelphia rental license — full service

Compliance check across City systems, tax account and Commercial Activity License verification, application prepared and submitted through eCLIPSE. The November 1 Compliance Packet is included and is not sold separately — your City record, the tenant-notice rules for your property, the email-consent form and a delivery log, sent before November 1.

Lead paint test

Only for homes the City's cutoff covers (built before March 1978; a 1978 or unknown build year is treated as covered until shown otherwise) where the City's public lead-certificate record shows no current certificate. A current certificate you already hold removes the charge. Retail price, billed at cost.

A worked example. A 1925 rowhouse with 2 bedrooms, no current lead certificate in the City's record: $500 service + $69 City fee + $195 lead test = $764 today, then $199 a year to stay current. Prices are subject to change.
