HubKey Real Estate (“HubKey,” “we,” “us”) operates hubkeyhub.vercel.app and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form or create an application.
- Property information — property address and unit details you provide to check compliance or apply for a rental license.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Public city records — we query Philadelphia's public databases (violations, licenses, OPA, lead certifications) using the address you provide.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run your property compliance check and deliver results to your email.
- To process your rental license application and communicate updates.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Email Communications
If you provide your email address and consent, we will send you compliance results, application status updates, and service-related communications. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
5. Third-Party Services

- City of Philadelphia — public APIs (no personal data sent, only property addresses).
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at broker@hubkey.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
